What did you eat today?

For breakfast, I had two eggs over easy and an avocado sprinkled with olive oil.

 

Grilled cheese sandwich

 

Four Italian sausages (without the rolls, of course.)

 

As long as the rolls are whole grain you should be alright

Roasted pork loin with gravy, baby potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and a tomato cucumber salad with lemon olive oil and white balsamic.

I am stuffed.

 

For breakfast: Two eggs sunny and a fillet of cajun catfish

For lunch: Homemade black olive and red pepper hummus with two whole wheat pitas for the dipping

For dinner: Lasagna

 

nothing really yet

 

for supper i ate the steak i didnt eat for lunch

Not too well, Luce. I tried baking a recipe for chocolate cinnamon babka in my kitchen and, as they say on Seinfeld, yada yada yada... I'm now looking for a new apartment. How does a day-old Danish sound?

Well now I feel guilty about your apartment. We have a nice shed out back if you need to crash while your repairs are being done.

 

I figured my lack of cooking skills would hurt me.

A shed! Is it only outdoor plumbing? Thanks for that generous offer, but Manuel has agreed to put me up at his villa.

 

We'll set you up with a potty. Fine, go to the villa. I'll let you off with the Babka. Maybe you and Manuel can work on this. Not as good as cinnamon, but I like raspberry too.

I had an avocado bacon hamburger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and ranch dressing, seasoned fries and .. a huge piece of chocolate mousse cake that I have yet to eat.
