What did you eat today?

Drinking my Bulletproof coffee at the moment, which will hold me over until around 7:00 this evening.

 

I take a liquid vitamin D supplement that I recently noticed was actually MCT oil. No wonder it tastes so good .

 

Salmon ( with my wifes secret coating ) snap peas, baby sweetcorn, green beans, baby carrots and a jacket spud with butter and cheese
And some beer lol

Went out for brunch and had eggs, bacon, back bacon, toast and coffee. Fruit plate as well.

I am going to be making a roast beef dinner tonight with all the good stuff to go with it.

Biryani with vegetable dumplings from Trader Joes. Iced americano, spinach/peach smoothie, cookies.

 

Yeah, liquid D drops often use MCT oil as the base. I use Carlson brand liquid D, which also uses MCT oil as the base. Of course the amount of MCT in a few drops of liquid D is too little to have any kind of effect.

I never thought MCT oil has much of a flavor to it, but kind of a neutral taste. Its fat content does greatly add flavor when mixed with my protein shakes and Bulletproof coffee, though.

I'm trying to find out where I can get me one of these cinnamon chocolate babkas. The image keeps popping up in my head, it's driving me nuts!

 

If someone made those babkas for me, I'd marry them.

 

Well, not sure I can manage the babka. But would this walnut torte at least get me a dance?
