When I think of cake I think chocolate piled high with more chocolate icing haha. Is that just an American thing or do u guys eat the stereotypical round birthday cakes with icing?

I actually eat a lot of bread, with every meal basically. Its just really yummy but I read recently it contains a chemical that can leach minerals from your bones and teeth.

We also have lots of pie like birthday cakes (chocolate, whip cream, etc etc.) but we call them taart (from french tarte = pie). We use the word cake specificly for the stuff in that pic. I'm wondering now how you guys call that stuff??

Oh? I'm not sure what kind of chemical that is... or if it's standard or in specific kinds of bread only. Sounds shitty so I hope it's not in everything... (I eat it daily as well) :p

We just call that cake too, it just doesn't have icing. We also usually bake it in a round pan instead of as a loaf.

It took me all day to remember this but its called phytic acid. As far as I know its found in all breads as well as beans. Its the reason beans are soaked first before consuming, but apparently if you take it a step further and sprout the beans it removes all phytic acid, and if you use fermented bread (basically, sourdough bread) it also removes the majority of phytic acid although not all of it.

Ramen noodle the pizza rolls. Vitamin B complex, vitamin B-12 sublingual, two different multivitamins one has better stuff in it except iron which the other one had, and of course 1000mg vitamin C.

Now I eating beef jerky, been very hungry today I think I have the benzo munchies...oh yea I also ate some etizolam ;)

And why do they have to tell you "do not eat" the packet...like some bodies gonna be so stupid and cut it open and think it's some kind of seasoning to put on their beef jerky? The stuff inside does somewhat resemble some kind of seasoning when u cut it open.

Vitamin stores/health food stores should carry it. Maybe even some better grocery stores as well, but I haven't seen it there. I usually just buy it online from Swanson Vitamins or Vitacost. Lately I have been getting it from this vendor on eBay:

Coconut oil contains some mcts, but it's not pure mct, and most of it is saturated fat.

Coconut oil is around 63% MCT, whereas MCT oil is pure MCTs in the form of capric and caprylic acid.
