Bagel with coconut oil; an omelette with aged cheddar, goat cheese, kale, tomato, and red onion; a cup of yogurt; a coffee; and a cigarette.

I'm proud of my omelette, it turned out perfectly.

Really craving a slice of pizza but apparently the cafeteria at my school is closed on Sundays. I wish I had known that before getting here, I would have packed a lunch...

I had a kale/berry smoothie, toast w/butter, cheetos and chips ahoy. The nutritional value has been in a steady decline all day.

For me -- since I work nights and therefore must sleep during the day -- breakfast is dinner.

I noticed that coconut oil gives me severe abdominal pain and headaches.
Now, even the thought of eating it again makes me cringe.

How much are you eating at a time?

I am wondering if perhaps you have an allergy to coconut.

Some people just don't tolerate coconut oil well.

    What brand are you using?
