    Hello,

Baerlauchknoepfli, some kind of pasta with wild garlic:

I've heard wild garlic is also called bear's garlic. That's because after a good portion of Baerlauchknoepfli you smell like a bear ;).

    Regards
    Gyro

You might wanna replace the sugar substitute with some honey, fairlight. But see for yourself how you like the taste of it :) (to me it seems an unworthy replacement for sugar)

I'm not that keen on the Truvia. But I'm getting conflicting opinions about which sources of sugar are safe for me.Honey still has a high sugar content, even though it's natural,as does fruit. (I am just recently diagnosed diabetes type 2 - not a death sentence but can to lead possible blindness and loss of nerves in limbs if correct changes to diet aren't taken.)

I tried them as replacement for sugar in coffee and tea (I rarely eat porridge anymore) but I have grown to like (love) coffee and tea without any sweetener. If it doesn't replace well I have no use for it at all :p

I don't take sugar in tea or coffee anyway, but I am eating porridge as it is good for lowering cholesterol - mine is slightly high.

And it's not enjoyable at all without sweetening it I guess?

Me too most of the time (but I do combine it with pleasing my tastebuds <-- well I see you still do that too to an extend if I see your dinner plans :)). It is just that I found most artificial sweeteners to be both rubbish in taste AND health so I rather not use them at all, especially if it is a shit replacement anyway!

Today I woke up after 9 hours of refreshing sleep and made some Bulletproof coffee. Then I ate two huge spoonfuls of organic, extra virgin coconut oil. This will sustain me until about 7 this evening.
