Blueberry muffin Nakd bar. I was disappointed that they have stopped making the Chocolate Mint ones but this makes up for it.

Roast chicken,roast potatoes and parsnips,cabbage,carrots,cauli,assorted of other roasted veg from last night (Cougette,red onions,peppers,and carrots)yorkshire pud and gravy.

 

Chicken, squash, stuffing and instant potatoes.

Eating oatmeal and apple slices

 

I'm about to...going to make scrambled egg whites and some bacon.

 

What's wrong with the yellow?

 

Nothing really, but sometimes, I like egg white omelettes.

I ate the best spicy garlic edamame I've ever had.

 

Korean BBQ wings and a cappuccino milkshake!

Edamame...


It's everywhere. I never had this before I started going to sushi places regularly a few years back. This was before I got the histamine fish-poisoning I was complaining about in the What's Happening thread; don't know if you saw my comments, but I got super sick about a month ago. Now I don't eat sushi; at least nothing raw. But they have edamame other places. I was at a Chinese place today and that's where it happened... Edamame bliss!

 

Very thin sizzle steak, brocolli, carrots, snow peas, crinkle cut chips and calamari rings with a sweet chilli honey sauce.

 

For Dinner Tonight......A T-Bone Steak......With Canned Mixed Veges......BEETROOT.......And

An Egg And Bacon.....Definatly Not Seen On The Menus Of The Worlds "5 Hat" Restaurants.....

But Good Enough To Keep This"Old Fart" Alive For A Few More Hours......

Around 500 calories so nearly as much as a big mac.

If I get super hungry the best taco shop in Dallas is beside my apartment complex.
