    Steamed some kale and stirred in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger

    And i've also been snacking on my homemade sour pickles and soon I will turn into a pickle

    Last night I made maple chipotle salmon, goat cheese risotto, and a salad. Everything was super good.

    had some barbeque at my daughters that was pretty good ( washed down with cider )

    Organic seed bread smothered with peanut butter and honey.

    I've been eating tons of honey this year, because it prevents hay fever. It's worked like a charm so far.

    I guess that is a weird combination, I added the soy sauce and ginger as an afterthought. But it did work!

    very thinly julienned pork chop...quick fried with bean sprouts and maggi sauce...plus a bit of mrs dash spice

    i usually add peanuts and celery but didnt have any

    it was delicious for a hot day and quick to make

    I had a delightful Hibiscus Gose.

    Anddddd some curly fries. I can't remember the last time I had curly fries.

    diced pork loin with celery ,water chestnut and shrimp

    made enough for supper and probably tomorrows lunch and supper too

    best part is it tastes even better when its cold leftovers

    I had some Philippine Longanisa-----what I believe are some of the best tasting sausages in the world. I had sweet pork. You can find them in any large Asian Market or Filipino grocer if there is one in your area. You put them in a frypan, and add water. Boil them until much of the water is gone, then add oil and fry it up till its dark.

    It is so good.

    We recently got back from Clearwater Beach in Florida. We ate lots of fresh seafood----Sea Bream, Sea Bass, Grouper, crab, lobster, and so on... Also ate some alligator.
