What Did You Eat Today That Was Delicious?

Last night....I finally found the perfect frozen pizza....out of this world....
I am going to have to stock up on these. i will try other ones by them, too, I think.

 

Apple Toffee crumble with warm custard

 

Ahhhh yiros

 

I had some sweet corn bread. Warmed in the oven. Perfect!

 

Mmm. I'm not much of a chocolate person but I love custard.

Bottled water (I'm fasting). Not exactly delicious, but after 48 hours, I'm feeling plenty delirious

P.S. I take vitamins daily...

 

damn, gyro...now, i want a gyro...have not had one of those in forever.

 

I had a salad wrap in a tortilla: Romane lettuce, dressing, kalamata olives, Parmesan, and canned artichoke hearts

 

A big plate of spaghetti that my boyfriend cooked for me. His sauce always turns out really different from mine. He likes to add mexican seasonings to a lot of things, so I put a few avocado slices on the side. It was wally yummy!

I read a recipe recently for a pasta sauce made from avocadoes. Now THAT sounds indulgent.

 

I made a taco pizza for lunch for my crew at work today. It's not a regular menu item but oh my god, it was amazing.

 

I made a healthy supper and it is out of this world, too.....cans of wild salmon.....mixed with rolled oats, flax seeds, garlic powder, red crushed pepper, parsley and beaten egg.....shaped into patties and fried like hamburgers......with sliced sweet potatoes that were baked with olive oil and cinnamon.....wow....I put tarter sauce and lemon on my salmon patty....

 

Turkey dinner with stuffing and potatoes and squash and gravy and Brussel sprouts all smothered in gravy! And then apple cranberry pie. happy thanksgiving!

 

Thai Barbecue Chicken. Made it for my client. Came out good.

I've been eating like a king all week while getting leaner. Of course I have also been training hard.

I am taking my girl out to eat tomorrow to the best Chinese restaurant in town, so it will be another day of delicious eating which I am very much looking forward to.

 

I had some brownie ice cream last night! It was yummy. I'm a sucker for ice creams.

 

Went to a greasy spoon place for breakfast. Two eggs over easy, bacon, ham, sausage, home fries, tomato, toast, fruit plate and coffee. Was great.

 

Starbucks, big treat, caramel latte, and fruit toast.. Yummy!
