I went and ate Korean last night, it is so freakin delicious. The restaurant I went to always serves an assortment of appetizers first - kimchi, these yummy cold slightly sweet mashed potatoes, cucumbers with red pepper flakes, some other stuff I have no idea what it is but I eat and enjoy it anyways.

For the main course I ordered bibimbap (basically a rice bowl with beef and veggies and a fried egg, you put this spicy sauce on it and stir it all together) and my boyfriend ordered bulgolgi which might be the most delicious thing I've ever eaten - it is basically beef sliced very thin, marinated in a sweet sauce (we asked the owner once how he makes the marinade and he said pineapple, mango, and orange juice) and cooked very slowly.

Asians really have it going on when it comes to cuisine.

then i put the last steak in the freezer because 4 days in a row would be too much


also i bought some strawberries and ate them all

 

You made me buy strawberries today. I also got blueberries and blackberries. But the main event was sushi for lunch. Yum! For dinner I had a Montreal bagel and Oka l'Artisan cheese. My alotted 30 g portion. lol But man was it good! Had it with a Spartan apple.

 

My banana bread just came out of the oven....Mmmmmmmm

 

I got some peanut butter cup ice cream today! Mmmm

 

I got some bubbly wine, strawberries, whipped cream, and gourmet mocha chocolate sauce from Maine to have a late valentines day with my girlfriend.

Went for brunch at coras today and had a goat cheese,tomato and bacon omelette. It looked like this and was really good.

 

Yesterday I had some smoked salmon and capers and cheese on crackers. That was extra delicious!

 

Homemade quinoa burgers, smashed spuds and a huge salad..... Yum.....

 

Well much earlier I made these Scooby snacks. I call them Scooby snacks because at the shops you buy the same things I make but with Scooby on the cover. Anyway, cocktail Frank's wrapped in puff pastry. Shit don't get any easier or better than this.

Except maybe the hamburgers I'm about to cook up.

 

Made a roasted chicken with asparagus today.....good stuff
