  4. I got a number nine from McDonald's, which is all I ate today. Two cheeseburgers. I did find them delicious.

The guy in front of me was a complete douche, though. I can't even explain... And you don't care.

I wasn't able to eat today until around 3 or 4 pm, and I am prone to low blood sugar. I didn't even realize how hungry and foggy I was until I almost passed out from what I believe was low sugar.

Anyway, I had a huge meal around 4 it was so.good. The food wasn't even that great but I appreciated every single bite; and the sense of warmth and mental clarity I got after I ate was like gold.

Kodiak mix waffles with chopped pecans and uncured Black Forest ham slices inside. Because I have type 2 diabetes topped it with a sprinkle of Splenda.

develed avacado. remove pit. fill pit hole with guac made from expanding it or another avacado, you can make up several like you would with eggs, except one or two halves would probably be sufficient for a serving, andyway, its open a can of tuna, (in water preferably) mix with avacado, a spritz of lemon or lime, a little bullion powder, whatever other spices or flavorings you usually add when you make your own guac, and stuff that back into the hole from where you removed the pit.

Crab cakes with a pineapple/corn dressing at this downtown bar hubby and I stumbled upon, today. They didn’t have much breading so you could really taste the crab. They were literally perfect.

Made a full 'Sunday roast' yesterday - there's still some of the beef joint left, so will chop that into bite-sized pieces, place it in my cauldron with some parsnips, carrots, black pudding, chorizo, onion, swede, celeriac, lentils and pour gravy (all 2 Litres of it) over it all and then simmer for a couple of hours, whilst that is cooking will make some suet dumplings and add them to to the pot too.
