I run best from 55f - 75f. Anything above 75 is too hot and anything below 55 is too cold and takes too long for my joints to warm up. I usually only run in the spring and fall because of that lol With one exception, I can run on the beach on a really hot day because I just run in and out of the ocean to cool off. Running on the beach is the best
Went to the gym yesterday, today I got my bike out and rode around the neighborhood. I believe I need some more cardio. Damn hills.
back/biceps. i can't do cold running. i always get a weird splitting headache in my ears. i can't even describe it really, but it happens anytime i exercise in below freezing temperatures.
I'm just going to say that walking around the pool table and getting down to take shots is a form of exercise and stretching

I was stuck in a chair again today for most of my shift. Cant wait for this week to be over. Idk how people work at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.
