What did you cook today?

    sausages..i like them boiled

    threw in a potato too sliced in half...then when it was done i decided to toss in the bit of spaghetti that was left and wouldnt have been enough for a meal..it was good cooked in the spiced sausage/potato water :drool5:

    my usual noodle soup with lemon in it. twice. with myrapoix (already chopped up onions celery and carrots). for brake fast i had a couple of bits of left over keelbasa i chopped in, and the other time, much later on in my "day", i added in some sliced up chicken bits i had in the freezer.

    Porksouvlaki on the BBQ. Serving it with pita, tzatziki , tabouli, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and a greek green salad.

    am cooking white corn on the cob, making potato salad from scratch and broke out the barbecue for steaks later....The few times I eat steak every year is when the barbecue is used....

    baking bread, cooking a big pot of black beans as I type and Roast Chicken is on the menu for tonight's dinner and of course the garden salad shall accompany the rest of the meal.

    Veggie stirfry. And mixed wild rice and beans with a splash of fish sauce. I remembered to put in the fresh ginger with the veggies this time! I tend to forget it and it makes all the difference.

    Leg of lamb steak, sauteéd snow peas and mushrooms, and pickled banana peppers. Yummy quick meal! It's the first time I cooked a steak from a leg of lamb. I've roasted a whole leg and made loin chops. I'll def make it again.

    Yum lamb is my favorite meat

    I boiled some shrimp and made roasted squash from the garden to go with it

    Now that is something I would eat. I'd probably eat much bigger portions, though.

    I can't afford bigger! Luckily that does me fine. Lamb is so expensive here now. That's the nice thing about the steak from the leg. Leg is my favourite cut, so now I can have a piece of it at least. I love lamb.
