What did you cook today?

ground pork with hoisin sauce and i added some honey garlic to sweeten it up a bit....added sliced celery,lots of tofu chunks,green onion and shrimp

well im tired of meatball sandwiches 2 days in a row (had one for lunch today) so tonight is exact same as my last post ...gonna use up the pork and tofu

 

Just leftovers today. We’re emptying out the fridge in preparation for a cruise starting tomorrow!

 

Unfortunate in texture, thanks to the ground turkey that was more like pureed. The kid loved it though! Thank god for garbage disposal teen boys...

 

Well, I've been trying something different lately. I'm calling it Chinese Chili Chicken (it's basically glorified ramen) with gluten-free buckwheat noodles.

 

damn! lol I scrolled through my photos and found these again (gluten free, from the box, homemade chocolate chip cookies-soo good!). Made these sometime last fall, but today I Will have to spoil my good intentions and dig into the cookie jar (storebought ones tonight though).

Me want cookie!! It's good enough for me!!

 

Today I baked Italian cookies by this recipe. Tastes delicious! I ordered special food container at https://allinpackaging.co.uk/food-packaging/ not so long ago and going to take these cookies to work tomorrow. Hope my coworkers will like them too.

Not a damn thing. I ordered A chicken cheese steak. I got a regular cheese steak. It was damn tasty though.

 

striploin steaks are sitting in italian dressing right now while i rest a bit before going out to bbq them

so ill be grilling some steaks and frying up some mushrooms..ill save one for tomorrows lunch and eat one

 

Helped make chicken and oats porridge. Omg, so good!
