same as when i posted last time a perfectly pan fried striploin steak ...when it was almost done i cooked a bunch of sliced mushrooms in the jus and then topped off the steak with maggi seasoning
double smoked bacon was on sale...as was pork tenderloin so i bought some of each and made some bacon wrapped pork medallions...half is in the oven almost ready and the other half went into the freezer ready for another day

seems like im always posting steaks..and mushrooms bought some more yesterday and 2 were small so i cooked them both up...with mushrooms... made 2 plates..ate one for supper yesterday and stuck the other one in the fridge for lunch today they were delicious
i just made a big breakfast 2 eggs.fired up with 3 pepperettes cut in halves and a blob of cottage cheese it was tasty

no...this one is from last fall the season is over and theres too many people around to risk losing the privilege kind of nice to have some around the yard anyway to learn their sounds and learn what sounds i can make to attract them closer
