Yes iv been trying too lose weight and i have another 5-10 pounds and i will be happy but i have loss of appetite i dont eat much and when i do i feel like i wanna throw up my period is a week early its always late never in my life has it been early i have my medical card iv cut back on that just no interest i dont feel happy i wouldn't say im depressed not sure if im having seizers again iv had allo of real deja vus and thats a symptom plus the concept need too swallow i think i have virtgo again and suggests why i feel like shit?
I try too be up super early too get an hour workout in but past 3 days not so much but i do walk 30 some laps around shopko
Gosh, make sure you're getting enough water. Eat enough to not be weak. Go to the doc if that doesn't help in a few days.
Im on a water pill cause i dont drink enough water i just dont ever think too drink water i always forget i drink milk coffee juice at night

Perhaps you are not getting enough of certain nutrients due to your new diet? The first one that comes to mind is Iron. Have been eating enough iron-rich food? What did you cut out of your diet in order to lose the weight?
Iv cut down on the milk the snacking sweets i eat Greek vinlla cupcake yogurt as a treat i eat lean cuisines meals but only have one aday basily i have 3 yogurt one lean meal my milk morning coffee with creamer no sugar in it
Lean cuisine definitely doesnt have a lot going on nutrition-wise, and those sweetened, flavored yogurts probably have some added sugar. Plus that sounds like a huge calorie deficit, those lean cuisine meals only have a couple hundred calories dont they? What you really need is lots of vegetables, some fruits, and some healthy fats like from foods like avocado. Yogurt has healthy fats too but if you eat the plain kind with live cultures and sweeten it with honey it will be healthier. And maybe go to a doctor to get your vitamin levels checked? Its actually pretty amazing what vitamin deficiencies can do to a body. Then the doctor can hopefully discuss a well balanced diet plan to make sure you're eating nutrient rich food.
I hAD bloodwork done a month qgo and it was good i know need too take my fish oil everyday probe with me i am very picky eater so i struggle with that
