What classic car do you want?

Oooooo, sweet, unfortunately I don’t have the time for a project nor the money to have someone do it. The hood has me intrigued, if it’s a factory lightweight it’s worth a bundle even like that.

Probably a Shelby Mustang like McQueen's in "Bullitt"!

 

The hood is glass, or so they say. It's got a 390 and an auto trans, (not original) runs and drives... Looks pretty clean, not a rust bucket and not patched together. I've not seen the car in person, but I may at some point... Same guys have a 53 Chevy with a small block, 4-speed and ten bolt rear I may HAVE TO look at.

 

Boating and watercraft companies were utilizing fiberglass in the 50s. Yes, it would’ve made the amphibian car more expensive to manufacture with fiberglass, but it would’ve been more superior, and less prone to rust and leakage.

If they started mass producing car boats again with today’s technology, I’d buy one for sure.

When I was growing up my mom drove a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. It wasn't a hot rod though. In fact, I didn't even know it was a cool car except that she and my dad told me.
