Nor would I call myself wise. Only a person truly blind believes themself to be in possesion of actual knowledge that is pertaining to their current lifetime.
lol... you are pretty sure... is that why you didnt quote me? if you quote me then we could all be sure we know what you are talking about. why dont you just go and get an e book of all krsna's teachings and post it up on the forum. -that way you wont have to post anymore. you said that karma has nothing to do with morality. i can only assume the reason you believe this is because you read something that made you think so. karma has everything to do with everything. it is woven into the very fabric of our existence. there are many different ways one can understand karma. if you think that someone who lives an honest life is no better then a serial murderer then it is much more then your understanding of karma that is wrong. morals are the difference between right and wrong. karma ensures that we learn this lesson through this life and the ones to follow. the fact that you are trying to tell me that i dont understand karma without explaining why is very much expected of you. you think that just because you read it some place that now you know the truth. are you taking into consideration that what you are reading was written so long ago and that you most likely misunderstood it. of course not - hell, you cant even understand the points i make and i speak in plane english. you think that hitler is no better then ghandi. - that says it all. under that same belief an honest person is no better then a rapist. you are incredibly fucked up. there are consequences to all actions.
hard to understand what you could possibly mean by this. what i take it to mean is that you think that someone who has book knowledge is someone who is not blind and that someone with real life experience is actually the blind one. other way around idiot. knowledge is great when combined with experience but is nothing on its own.
Hahaha, it seems like the only person who even tries to agree with 3xi is his wife/sister/mother whatever, faithfully supporting him. At first I thought your flaw was held only in your closed-minded view on alcohol, now I see that it was only the tip of the iceburg. Oh well, I do find humor in your posts, though not in such a way one would aim for. By the way, one "further along the way" should still be able to make decisions on their own, the fact that you think there's some cookie-cutter image of how one should be "along the way" makes me laugh. Simpleton. Hahaha.
you are a child. i think that she meant further along the path of enlightenment. why dont you go pour yourself a glass of scotch - i know many older men would tell you thats what it means to be an adult. everyone has the right to make their own decision. what you are going to learn as you grow up is that there will always be people around speaking their mind. if you have a right to make your own decision(of course you do) then we have a right to think you are making a mistake. the fact that it bugs you so much is really funny. get over it man,, there are so many people in the world who think alcohol is a horrible thing. we never tried to take away your free will - do what you want. let us speak out mind - it is free speach. if you dont like it - dont read it. if you dont read it - dont respond.

You are no better then me, and you are no better than a murderer. You just ARE. You hold yourself to be of the likes of a sage or guru, when in fact you do no teaching, rather you reptitivley drop your own propoganda of a false nature on this forum as if anyone actually believes you. You are the one claiming to be enlightened, yet you come to an online forum and toss around insults and self proclaimed authority. I claim to be a regular human being, equal with all, and admit my faults. You appear to hold yourself to be infallable.
lol... you are so far out there man... i feel for ya. how you can have enough confidence to post on these forums is beyond me.
This coming from the same man who told me to shut up, several times? This post alone (only one among MANY) is reason enough to disregard every single statement you've made thus far.
if anyone wants to know what makes someone psychotic just read his post again. there are a lot of people who would have someone with your mentality locked up in a mental institution. be good - you are better for it!
So now I am psychotic? For what reasons? Because I simply stated quotes from Krsna? Let me explain what they meant. They mean that one who turns off the ability to feel emotions (aka, the mental and physical result of delighting or lamenting in the fruit of our actions) and turns his thought to God (instead of himself) is performing Yoga, or, the Science of God. In this particular example, the Yoga is Karma-Yoga. The one who sees all beings as equal, in the sense that God resides in every sub atomic particle equally within the physical body, as well as in the source of the radiated emnation known as the Soul, sees with the eyes of Truth. He also detaches emotions and judgement to material things, seeing a bar of gold and a lump of coal, as the same thing, because they are nothing but simple material. Only the fool sees value in one over the other, and the reasoning for this is because the fool covets the material wealth that the gold may bring him. But what does that gold really accomplish? The fool can not carry his gold during his next phase in the cycle of Samsara (reincarnation) and obviously not in the liberation he may one day acheive. Similarily, your claim of a wealth of knowledge will not be carried over with you when you die. When your body is dead and cold, where will your knowledge be, Oh Enlightened One? Wether you believe in reincarnation (which, you probably should, seeing as you believe in Karma), or in going to heaven or hell, or liberation, or even Atheism, the result is the same. Your knowledge will vanish with the wind, the cells of your body will regroup with the material nature, and your energy will spread out in the same manner. But, in my belief, one thing does carry over, and that is your connection with God. So, what is the real point of being so much better and smarter than everyone else, 3xi, if it goes to the wind when you drop dead? And if your answer is along the lines of fulfilling the most out of your present physical life, what is to stop someone from commiting unjust murder based upon the same principles?
whats the dfifference between drinking once and a while and smoking weed once and a while....its all about prefrences....i prefer booze for occasional intoxication cause weed makes me lazy So are you saying that to reach "enlightenment" i have to go sober THEN FUCK ENLIGHTENMENT Ide rather be a "drone" who drops acid, drinks occasionally and loves living. Call me what you will but i still think that has nothing to do with enlightenment....maybe to you it does but enlgihtenment to you means something all together different to me apparently I never called anyone wise either....im just saying that he's a good guy and he shouldnt be judged by his philosophical beliefs...anyone who claims to be "more" wise then another based on beliefs and internet posts is a moronic and conceded fool
i just think its stupid that people like 3xi cant deal with the fact that other people have different beliefs and that just because he thinks hes king shit, that doesnt make his philosophy right and everyone else wrong. And i think its stupid how everything Krshna posts 3xi immediatly tracks it down and stomps on everything he says regardless what the topic starts out as...pretty retarded
individual perspective... theres a reason why i havent been fucked to visit these forums the last few days, too much negative energy. its simple fuckin easy, everyone has an individual perspective. now, i havent read all of this so ill leave my comment at that.
Well, as part of my belief in karma yoga, talking about Krsna is beautiful and extremely important in this kali yuga (age of Kali, darkness) But you are entirley correct, we all have our individual perspective, so to each of us as individual beings, we are all right to ourselves. This is why we have free speech, and this is why we can argue all day and night. Its not negative energy that is going on here, at least not on my end. I cant speak for anyone else but I doubt that anyone of us truly has a real opinion on each other, for how can we know the true intentions of someone, especially when our view of them is limited to an online discussion?
good for you! you might as well start executing some jews while your at it. his beliefs would be considered psychotic by most. it is no wonder people think he is wrong. there is a difference between right and wrong. you are a better person for chosing what is right. this is core to my beliefs and morals - this is what makes me so much more enlightened than Krsna Bhakti and is also the reason why he doesnt like me. there is something very wrong with people who do not consider that making the right choice is the better thing to do. you think i am wrong for saying his philosophy is wrong. very hypocritical, but i have already said that. that is all i will say on this in this thread... that is not to say that if krsna feels the need to spread his ignorance again that i wont be there to set him strait. i realize that he will probably never hear me but that does not mean that i shouldnt try!
now... please guys,,, we have all said our piece... lets leave this thread alone seeing that we have all taken it so far off topic. if anyone would like to continue this never ending debate- please start up a new thread and pm all that might be interested to let them know.
As easy as it would be to let this thread die, I choose not to. You think that you're better than others for choosing what you see as "Right". Here's a thought for you, your "Right" is seen as "wrong" by most others, so by your theory, all who see you as being wrong are far more enlightened than yourself. How can you state otherwise? Who holds the grand chart of the definite "right" and "wrong"? By your flawed logic, everyone is more enlightened than everyone else, given that they do make the decision to or not to do something. The right thing for you to do would be to avoid this thread, if you don't, theres something clearly wrong with you, as you're choosing not to consider the right thing as the better thing to do. Again, we see your words in action. You thinking his philosophy is wrong isn't the problem, its your need to voice your opinion on his philosophy that is the issue. When you tell someone that their beliefs are incorrect, don't expect anything more than an argument, especially when one makes unfounded bold claims against them. By the way, you're pretty much the last person who should call someone on "spreading ignorance".
you know, i was talking to my friend, and well he did this 2 week six thousand dollar course on the mind and learnt all this shit, and he lent me this dvd titled "the Secret", now i assumed that it was some chicks sort of thing, cause i saw a glimpse of it on opera one day. but fucks me, its not what you think. its all about Energy, everything is energy, and we are all connected in the universe, and the power of attraction. thinkin a thought, is creating somthing into reality, and is affecting reality. and they recon well cause its were all ultimatly one and connected, when we think its like a frequency, and its affecting everything. but somhow this thinkin attracts everything we want. buts its pretty strong brain washing, i was feeling like i was having an acid breakthrough while watching it, it was that intense. but im not so sure about a few of the things they said now tho tho, im not sure why i mention this, but im sure everyone reading this will fuckin like it. i described it terribly. download it or somthing, i guarantee you's will like it. it also tells how what you and i beleive is the same just with differnt labels.
