I'm a DDD. I developed very young at 16. Been honestly wanting a breast reduction. The grass Is always greener on the other side... women with small breasts want bigger women with big breasts want smaller. I just wish I had a bigger ass. I have my mom's pancake. Got it all up front unfortunately. it's disappointing when you're dating and you hear guys say" oh yeah I'm an ass man"and you have none... And you're like well, this won't work

I love big tits. My wife is very well endowed so much so that she has booked in for breast reduction surgery in a couple of months.

 

My wife was 60 with 38DD’s. Uneven too! That said age and gravity was working against her. The surgeon did an amazing job. Basically, he reduced one breast a small amount. Keeping the size proportional to both. Then he made a small incision under her breast upward towards her nipples. Pulled the breast together from underneath. He Moved and Realigned her nipples to point forward “ not down”. She now is a very confident (62)women with a really nice set of 38D’s. We are nudist and go to nudist campgrounds. She turns heads, even with other women. She is all smiles. The best part is, they are all natural. No fake fillers. The shape is more like a wide ski jump slope. if that makes sense. A bit pointy.

One negative side affect: She lost her sensitivity in one nipple. The feeling never came back. The size of her ore-alas are smaller now as well. You should be advised of that before surgery, so there is no surprise to you or her.

Thanks for the good wishes and sharing your wife’s experience. The surgeon said one of my wife’s breasts is bigger than the other which apparently is pretty common. She will be going from an ‘F’ to a ‘C’ cup. Fair to say she’s pretty excited. He didn’t mention anything about loss of nipple sensitivity or reduction in areola size, but I get the feeling my wife won’t be overly concerned with this.

 

One of the positives for my wife was the nipple placement. This is very important, They point forward not downward.
Before surgery, your surgeon will make her stand up. He will mark her up. She will look like a road map. He needs this when she is on the OR table. As a good husband she will need you to be her care giver.

 

Yes he already marked her up during her first appointment. It’s a real eye opener! Planning to be home for a week or so to help her out.

 

Maybe cause I have smaller boobs, I LoVE Smaller boobies'!!
