Is this about Helen Keller or Anne Frank? I don't think Keller ever lived in Ansterdam.

I am currently reading Alias Grace by Margaret Atwood, after watching a Canadian miniseries on Netflix based on the book. It is an incredible story, I don't think I will get all I need to out of it through one read-through alone.

It's good to read a book with deep meanings and find it necessary to go and read it again... and perhaps again!

If I may get philosophical, it is about ordinary people, not mentally ill, having hallucinations due to blindness, deafness, fatigue, brain damage, sensory deprivation and such. Audio, visual, odors, etc.
From what I gather so far the brain, or mind, can generate it's own reality when it is deprived of input.
Which makes me wonder if the entire world as we experience it is merely collective hallucination.

    :)

Many have postulated that theory, including Heinlein as I recall.

    They may be onto something...

Dune by Frank Herbert for the first time. I'm impressed! This is great one. I want to write essay about this book and I found canadian essay writing service at ca.essayshark.com to help me with my writing. Their writers are professionals in proofreading and grammarcheck too. Useful service for students who need help with writing and homework.
