(oops sorry) - are the three most prescribed such drugs. And zolpidem (Somit, Stilnoct, Ambien) which is now proven to be much more toxic and to cause hallucination and somnambulism, yet does absolutely nothing for my insomnia nor for 50% of those chronic insomniacs in a recent study, where Seconal sodium and midazolam were found to be the two most effective and zolpidem least effective of ten trialled hypnotics. Quazepam should be on the WHO essential drug list, it is so far superior in all ways to the most commonly prescribed nitrazepam.
Good luck I took 8mg of alprazolam a few hours ago, and I just now ate 10mg more of alprazolam, for a total of 18mg today. Now I'm completely out of xanax and I don't get my next script until thursday.
no benzos, had to pull the covers over my head to block out the sun to finally get to sleep...went to bed at like 2am too. 4-5 hrs to fall asleep is too much.
But thankfully, someone gave me 4mg of xanax today, which was just enough to keep the withdrawal headaches at bay.
60mg temazepam after a couple drinks and 300mg lyrica to boost the effects for some reason I notice that benzos are more effective during the day than late at night
60mg of temazepam, i like it for the effects and because I'm a severe insomniac. So many nights I lay awake for hours trying to sleep and the sun comes up blaring through the window and I just pull the covers over my head to block out the light hoping I can get just a couple hours of sleep. It seems sometimes nothing helps, but the benzos do feel nice
I've been under some stress because of this government shutdown, which could possibly hit home in a big way. So I've been having trouble sleeping. I had 4mg Xanax yesterday which for me is a big dose. I felt like a buffalo that had been shot with a tranquilizer dart, lol. I slept though.
