you should listen to a selection of vibes and its the music that makes you feelgood inside thats the music you should listen to.............just go with what your heart tells you........... peace to you all

 

pink floyd if u want to go and do some acid and shit but the music that u listen to doesnt classify the hippy its what u believe in its not the music u listen to but the music does help some good stuff to listen to is led zeppelin i suggest their cd houses of the holey and also rush 2112 or farewell to kings, also jimi hendrix of course, but black sabbath is cool to listen to i think they r bad ass.

When Black Sabbath played in Adelaide in '72 at the Myponga pop festival there were lots of hippies there who liked them.

Heavy Metal like Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and Uriah Heep, Vanilla Fudge, Blue Cheer, Iron Butterfly, Grandfunk Railroad, Hawkwind...

hippies like heavy stuff as much as soft stuff.

 

why dont u just listen to what YOU like and not what everyone tells you too? Being a hippy is not taking other peoples styles u have to be original
