    I don't believe in God.
I don't believe in an afterlife , when you die , your dead , end of story.
I don't believe in good/evil , these are just labels. Do you think there would be good and evil if there were no humans?
I am a satanist , which is basically an atheist/hedonist.

Why call yourself a satanist exactly? I understand most of them don't worship Satan ;) But why feel the need to put that label on you?

i was raised christian. ive always been one to question everything, and not believe something just because it was said to be true, but why is something true, or what makes it true. using logic, some ideas just didnt ever make much sense to me, and i have wondered why would god create a race of humans, give them a brain and the power to reason, and then expect them to believe something illogical and if they can't make themselves believe it them cast them into the lake of fire to eternally suffer.

2+2 = 4, always, and telling someone that it really equals 5 or else they go to hell makes no sense, because it's going to be impossible to really believe

In this world today, I feel like religion is far from perfection (same as government). My ultimate, unwavering belief is that both government and religion are innate and are not human creations. We only externalize and express them and, I think, in a truly perfected form, there would be only ONE establishment. I think most people would agree (with the exception of Muslims) that Islam is not accepted as the universal, one "true" religion. In my view, both religion and government serve the same fundamental purpose: governance.

some people believe evolution shouldn't be taught in schools .. pfft, should we also keep them ignorant to other sciences as well, such as physics and biology or maybe even mathematics also.

a wise man may very well have more questions, than answers; only a fool believes he already has all the answers.

evolution happens, its a fact. it is also a theory. in science, theories attempt to explain how something works. a theory of gravity seeks to explain the mechanism of how gravity works, gravity is still a fact, gravity exists whether we understand it completely or not. evolution happens, did, does, and will continue to. evolution is fact. the theory of evolution is an attempt to explain it's mechanism by studying the processes involved. everything evolves, nothing in this universe is static.

    except for static itself.....lol

No, I hear what you are saying.....though.......anyone coming at me masquerading as knowing everything, better take a hike..... :)

There are some things in subatomical particles that no one will ever know, and I think that is the salvation....and a wonderful thing.....that truth is comforting to me some how....

one could argue that a god is required for the existence of the universe, or that the complexity and what appears to be carefully designed order must require a higher power. if so, how much more advanced and complex would this higher power be required to be to do so, and for god and the realm he exists in it, using the same logic it would seem the same requirement would hold; a higher god must have created this god, and an even higher god created that god, this easily turns into an infinite recursion of hierarchical thinking and that is where that this argument fails.

I tend to like the idea that everything created itself....and I am of the belief that there are infinite number of universes.....likening our universe to one tiny bubble in an ocean filled with them....and then an infinite number of oceans....

The concept of a place for families to meet, develop friendships and do creative and good things for their families and communities is good. However selling voodoo, distortion and lies by using guilt and establishing fear is beyond my understanding and acceptance. Follow the money trail!
