first person, fully emersive, vr, non-"shooting", mind game puzzle solvers, like the old text based adventures like zork and their ilk used to have, but instead of just text, actual fully emersive 3d environments. i think myst and its sequils tried to do something like that. =^^= .../\... looking at the survey it seems like there's a real market for rpg, adventure, action in that order too. of course hip formers might not be typical of other gamers, but it still looks like a real market to me. =^^= .../\...
Diablo 2, WoW, Sims 2, Final Fantasy, racing games (grand theft auto etc.), NeverWinter Nights, football, Halo 2, wrestling, old school mario..etc.. I like anything with cars, racing, blood, gore, fighting, questing, killing...
Same here... I really love World of Warcraft... it's awesome... but unfortunaltely I don't have enough RAM to intall it onto my computer... wich sucks... I'm really looking forward to getting Sims 2 sometimes soon... So what is Spore and what is it all about?
Very simple... Action/Adventure/Role Playing Game That is my favorite genre compilation... I don't mind playing any games, cuz they all can be bomb when approached correctly. Haha. Sports games are pretty good. I put MLB 06, mario soccer and tigerwoods 06 to shame... I also destroyed madden 2007. 252 me(cowboys) 6 cp(patriots) it was at best buy on their display console...comfy floor chairs too. Mario soccer, I continually scored a goal, from anyywhere between less than a second to up to 3 or 4 seconds right after release, repetatively for two minutes straight. The teamwork dynamics were impressive as well. Super smash brothers and guitar hero are pretty revered favorites as well... Also simulation games and fps's. call of duty Medal of honor, sim city, civilization, janes flight simulators anthology, f18, f22. Battletanks, haha and twisted metal. SIms is ok sometimes, and rct, cuz I make pretty incredible rollercoasters. Video games are fun, explore all genres says I.
adventure... I like anything really apart from football games...they're all the same!! Crash Bandicoot - the best game in the world!
meh, depends. Sometimes I'l play WoW, other time's i'l play raving rabbids, or bioshock And notice: sports got 1 vote. ONE. i.e. sport games suck (generaly). yeah and i can't wait for spore, KingdomHearts: Birth by sleep and KH: 358/2 days.
Mostly online strategy games. Company of Heroes is my favourite at the moment. Getting into Age of Conan, too.
racing games (preferably ones that allow you to customize your car) shooter RPGs MMORPGs in that order...I used to play World of Warcraft for a year...didnt get much done that year that didnt have to do with WoW. Sold the account and havent had the urge to play another MMORPG since.
RPGs, since I started those without a console or computer, using the classic pen, paper and dice variant. FF VIII, X and X-2 are faves of mine. On the fantasy adventure field, I do like Baldur's Gate - Dark Alliance (Part 1 and 2 - although the hopping game in the thieves' guild in part 1 is one point where I am short of flinging my PS2 controller into some corner of my room...) and also Forgotten Realms - Demon Stone. I got to admit, I bought that one partly because of voice talents in it... Patrick "Picard" Stewart as narrator and voicing Kelben Blackstaff Arunsun. Cute, really. And a cute game, even though it can easily be finishes in a few hours. The rogue, Zhai, became a favourite character of mine. Nice mix, half drow half woods elf. She had a hard time growing up in a woods elves village. And sometimes, for fun and nostalgia reasons I put that good old PS1 Diablo CD into my console... As for online games, I haven't played WoW yet, since I have my trusty old PS 2 for the graphic stuff. As for online adventures, I still have a character on a MUD known as Realm of Magic. So, if you happen to be there, and there is an elf called Mydleet online, just let her know, that you came to know the MUD from here. playfully yours, ~*Ganesha*~
