What are your favorite kind of papers?

I always smoke my joints down to the roach, and then just toss the roach on my desk, or in my cigarette pack, and smoke it in the bowl when I feel like it.

 

my desk is stained from that.

I enjoy puffing on a pipe , but look at it this way

Pipe= probable cause, plus one of the latest rackets law enforcement has been playing is testing the pipe to validate that is being used for illegal substances .. so now you get to pay the lab fee on top of a paraphernalia charge... more $$ out of your pocket.

In regards to papers, guys keep them in your wallet. It's the last place they will look. They won't even look there unless they get the goods on you. Too many arrests made where money has been taken from the suspects. They don't want to open themselves up for counter charges. Generally they won't even look in your wallet till you get booked in jail and there are witnesses to cover their ass.

Also Papers are sold in most convenience stores, so are they illegal by themselves. If so should conspiracy charges be brought against the stores.

It boils down to this , don't make it any easier for them to arrest you.

If phelps had been hitting a joint instead of a bong. It would be a bit harder to say it was a joint .. might of just been a cigarette .. of course he would caught shit for smoking, but it would be harder to prove he was breaking the law.

I just looked at mine, and there were brown spots on it.

I also found a bunch of rezed up rolling paper that I unrolled to get the bud out.

I gotta start becoming more hygienic.

 

Good points. I usually try keeping rolling papers in my bra. One cup designated for my papers/bowl and the other cup is designated for my weed.

i have been smoking for 13+ so far and have yet to get caught... unless you count the time at 10,000 lakes festival where i was trippin balls and was asked to empty my pockets before entering the concert area.. i pulled everything out.. forgetting there was a little bag of weed in the mix of my pockets.. the security guard swiped it and i continued on my way

 

I just had a thought...if bongs are sold "for tobacco use only"...how do they know phelps wasn't smoking tobacco in that pic? You can't see the bowl...they really have no proof what he was smoking!
