Yeah she's definitely cute. And even more than that, she's got that sly (I think i'm overusing this word) humor and intelligence that makes her even cuter
Old reruns of "IN Search Of" on Youtube. I loved this show when I was a kid. The shows about UFO's and Bigfoot used to scare the shit out of me!
I need to talk about Fleabag again The priest thing was honestly fucking hot, lol. And the ending was profoundly sad. When I finished the last episode last night I turned off my tv and curled into a ball and stared into the ether for a good hour And the dry wit and humor! So good 10/10 would recommend. Hands down one of the best shows I've ever seen
Finished up with Blacklist which was less interesting toward the end of the seasons on Netflix than it was at the beginning of them. I know I said it before, but it bears repeating. It's as if the writers lost their motivation or decided to go in a slightly different direction. Maybe I'm just not accustomed to shows that aren't the status quo! Now I've started a new show: Quantico. Right now, it's got a female lead. I don't know if that will continue to be the case, but I appreciate that for gender diversity and equality; and she's good! So it's nice to have a new show. it was sexy too! she get's fucked by a guy in the first five minutes; which is cute but I'm not sure I like the way she was portrayed, or perhaps the way the actress portrays sex from the female perspective. She... well you'd have to see it, but she... well she got it in a car for one thing. and she rode the guys lap sitting up, but facing out the windshield.. Idk what I'm saying. But to me it looked like they were trying to make her look cool and ended up making her look dumb. But maybe it was her idea (the actress's idea).
The series, ''Love is Blind.'' Hubby thinks it's totally contrived, but I'm not so sure. A few couples met on there, and got married, and are still married. This apparently was filmed a year ago, so the couples have been married a while. It's basically setting up couples to chat with each other in ''pod'' rooms, with a wall between them, and they have to decide if there's a connection strictly by their conversations, never seeing each other. My husband thinks that is the contrived part...that the participants probably have seen each other beforehand. He's not fun to watch these shows with because he's such a cynic. lol But, there's lot of youtube drama from it ...it's funny.
A few things. Mostly on Netflix and Amazon Prime. An Icelandic police procedural called Valhalla Murders and Harlen Cobin's The Stranger.
Seth Meyers has still been doing his monologues and A Closer Look from his house. We got caught up on those. I hope that means he is paying his writers... he seems to be really good to his writers. They all get to come out and do segments once in awhile which makes me happy. I think Jokes Seth Cant Tell is my favorite Also, I dont think shes still a writer but Michelle Wolf is hot. There. Voice and all. I'd take it
I should be watching baseball, but instead I'm watching the 3rd round of the 2019 Valero Texas Open PGA Golf Tour. The best part of golf is watching a players ball fly into the water. I've also found that sand traps are moderately satisfying, as are the occasions when the ball falls out of bounds and into the crowd. But the rest is simply boring.
Just re-watched Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit for the umpteenth time on DVD. I recommend it to my lesbian friends and acquaintances. Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit (TV serial) - Wikipedia
Madame Secretary's most current season on Netflix and I'm not ashamed at all to say that I've never been more impressed with acting or writing for TV. & thematically it's really good!
Titans Season 1, got this from the library the week before it closed. Since they have requested all materials should be kept until further notice!
