I'm just going to leave this here The Overcoat (animated film) - Wikipedia Because I know you're a Gogol fan I hope he finishes it one day
Damn, I haven't heard about that, thanks for posting it. I love The Overcoat. Gogol speaks to my soul. I hope he doesn't die and then they release the 25 minutes, and it's the most amazing thing we have ever seen....and then it's bittersweet because he is dead and he will never finish it. We don't want another unfinished masterpiece (looking at you and your Dead Souls, Gogol).
I binged The Mist (heh, that came out as The Moist at first) over the weekend. There was creepiness. There was gore. I liked it.
The 4th Season of Stargate SG-1 (I have all 10 seasons on DVD) and the 5th season of Supernatural (I have all 13 seasons on DVD)
There's a lot of these Star Trek shows I've only seen a few TNG episodes. I might now watch one, and then take a lil nap.
All tv series of Star trek are on Netflix. Quite spectacular :-D I rewatched a shitload, but have to conclude it was better at the time it was first aired. I mainly liked it because enjoyed it so much back then. I never watched Deep Space 9 before and stagnated in the first season when I gave it a try last year after enjoying The Next Generation again. But the new series Discovery is right up my alley. Not sure i recommend it to you, but its fun to notice you dig TNG (at least to some extent )
I am somewhat disappointed with Christmas movies on Netflix. Not many of them, plus a lot of them seem really bad. But I did finally get my own Netflix the other day, so I am no longer a leech lol.
I need a new show I stopped my rewatch of How i met your mother halfway through season 5. It just gets so bad in the later seasons. I started Sick Note last night - a british comedy starring Ron Weasley. It was decent but didnt really hook me. I will give it a few more episodes and see if that changes. But I really want to find a show that hooks me
I've always wanted to see the Big Lebowski, and they finally put it on Netflix. Loved it! I really really needed a laugh today, and that film did the trick.
I've been watching Call The Midwife. It's set in the 40's -50's in London. It's full of pregnant women and baby births, nurses and nuns. It's definitely a series for women, I'd say. There's also great music from the time period.
