What's off the top of my head does not reflect all my musical taste..but, yeah, I think we don't have the same taste.

    ...I'm hot too.

In the summer, a little bit of Reggae can be fun, although I wouldn't chose to put it on myself. RnB, yeah not a fan.

I don't like Dance, any kind. I don't even know know the difference between House and all of that stuff.

It is all banned in my house. Even in summer.

I don't know the difference, either. I don't like "dance" per se...but some drum and base is quite cool. Is D N B "Dance" - who knows? Music experts, I guess.

Drum and bass is, or at least was dance. Pendulum is another story all together, though. It's one of the few types of Dance music I really don't like :D

    Hello ;),

looking at this list http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_music_styles I come to the conclusion that assigning genres to songs is not exact science. If you find none of this genres appealing enough just invent a new genre ;).

    Regards

I agree. I'm not qualified to tell, though.

I like one of Pendulums outputs.

I agree it isn't. But the music industry tries to impose what is and what isn't this or that.

    Hello,

you just triggered a time loop ;). Remember, we had this discussion a year ago. Nothing happened since then.

Jepp, the evil music industry. Besides that they try to impose what music we have to like and way too often they have success with their strategies. Sometimes I hear a song which I like and later I discover that the interpreter is the newest hype and then I feel bad. I own less than five CDs and I don't download music from the internet for later use (except for the youtube videos in my browser cache). If I think about it I'm not sure if such behaviour introduces a problem for the artists or even a bigger problem for the music industry. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with earning money with art. But I feel something is out of proportion here.

    Regards
    Gyro

Yes, I remember us having this discussion.
Is it a year? It feel like 3.
    No, nothing has changed.

I don't think the music industry is evil. It provides every type of music we know. We would have nothing with out it. I'm just saying they tend to validate what music is called. It is easier for them and us.
I would say buy more music.
