What are you/have you been doing today?

i put my rent check in my mailbox for the postman to pick it up about 3 days ago. i lloked in the box today and it was still there!! and i was ripped open at the corner. god i love my neighborhood. fucking lazy ass post people always fuck up my shit. oh and i hate crackheads that try to steal my moneys!

 

oooh this is an easy thread i can jump into, being a noob and all. lol

i found an ant trail coming in through the corner of my front door so i have been on the warpath all afternoon. i had to pull all the couches away from the walls and get down and dirty with my baseboards. thank goodnessfor peppermint oil. kills the little nasties on contact.

Maybe now i can finish crocheting up the other tams i have comissioned... if my kidlets can keep themselves occupied for a bit. i doubt it though. hahaha!

 

I just finished making potato salad and put some steaks in a marinade for dinner tonight-gonna be an early dinner 'cause the Canuck game is on at 5pm. I've acomplished everything on my to-do list and now I am bored.
If it would stop raining, I'd go outside and work in my garden....maybe I'll be a girl and paint my toe nails and watch a silly movie.

 

lol i was cruisin through old posts in here lookin for a link to a website to order a tam (anyone help me here?) and happened to see this...i dont think i ever responded :tongue:


so...my game is World of Warcraft...5 hours is about my usual gaming time/day... well...actually probably a lil bit more...

etsy is a good place to check out too (for tams) i make them as well. unfortunately i'm working on a huge commission "order" right now and trying to stock up my shop but if you are ever interested in the future just gimme a holler. or there are pllleeennnttttyyyy of awesome knitters and crocheters on etsy to browse through as well. just sayin'.

 

thanks hawtmamah...the link i was lookin for was actually chemigals though, i had seen her site before and liked it but had nooooo clue what it was (didnt even remember who's until after i found it again)...i've seen that etsy link fly around a few times but i've never bothered to click on it :/

im tryin to kill an hour at work...i have full access to the web, but no sound...i've already seen literally every picture on failblog (and all related websites like icanhazcheeseburger and the dog one and all of em!), read *almost* every story on FML (a lil burnt out on that now), i've posted the hell out of this forum, and my myspace and facebook have nothing new to offer...

i even spent a good long while researching gear upgrades for my character on world of warcraft....

I think I have the swine flu. been sick for 3 days. I got to watch my crackhead neighbor chase her dog down the street while yelling its name with her nasty "smoking all her life" man voice with her ass hanging out her pants. It was very entertaining. My daughter even calls my neighbors crackheads now....In fact it was her who brought it to my attention...."Mommy the crackhead is running down the street screaming again!" LMAO. Hillarious shit my friends....Im so youtube'n it next time. I watched a documentary today on crazy shit people have survived....for example, the epic plane crash in the Andes with the rugby team back in the 70's [the movie Alive was based off it]...they ended up eating eachother to stay alive and stuff. It made me totally nauseous....FYI dont watch shows that involve canibalism when already sick!

 

im so freaking tired i had 2 final exams today but i passed!!! woot! and dyed my friends hair bright red and i got cute shoes! im going to a masqarade on saterday!!! lol

FUCKING HELL, I just reset my computer and my router and my internets is still painfully fucking slow. I get back from work at like 5:30 am, and get about 3 hours to myself before I have to sleep, what the fuck else can I do at 5:30 am. Fuck you virgin media, trialling 200Mbps broadband, how about getting fuck fucking 10 meg working first, and your DNS servers are dying on their arse and everyone knows it.

 

Today on my way too school I got into a fight with a wolverine. Luckily I was armed with my biology text book.. I kicked the mitochondria out of him.

i've cleaned 2 bathrooms, fed and played with the behbehs, put thing 2 down for her nap and took thing 1 outside for a bit before the rain returns. I'm detail cleaning my poor jeep so i can sell it, though i doubt all the cleaning in the world will get a buyer past the fact that it needs a front end alignment and didn't pass the emissions test this month.. My dad The Mechanic gave me the lowdown and it will cost too much for us to fix rather than just sell it as-is and buy a new (used) vehicle. With a third young'un fixin to show up in october the jeep would have been a wee bit too cramped anyway. I'm sad though, i love my betsy girl. *sigh*

and now... i am taking the advantage of the rest of naptime to work up stock for my shop.

 

well last night i was drinkin, had a few beers, got drunk, had a few more and lost count (not that i had so many, i was just drunk...was somewhere around 5 i think)...anyways while i was sleeping i dreamed that i was drinking...i guess i was drunker than i thought cause i really dont remember goin to sleep...just seemed like i was awake, then i was in dream world drinkin, but i dont know where one stopped and the other started, so im really clueless as to how much i actually drank last night...ha

anyways b/c i was drunk last night i didnt set my alarm, somehow i managed to wake up at 9:20 (20 minutes *after* i was supposed to be at work)...i headed to work, and now im waitin to go home

 

I'm spending most of my day trying not to smoke cigarettes. On Day 2.

Im finally starting to feel better but now Amara's sick....argh. I used an ear candle today for the first time ever...it was scary. Went to the Dr....sat in the waiting room for about 1 1/2 hours! Rawr. Yep...thats been prety much my day thus far not very exciting.

 

poor Amara <3 today the weather was schizo so I wasn't sure what to do. Ended up at Aoife's scoffing avocados and laughing at her dad limping around (he hurt his leg drinking) made him cups of tea. Then came home, made a yummy dinner. Felt full and happy watched gilmore girls and now I'm going to work out for an hour before bed *must remember to make hot water bottle tonight* and hopefully I won't have nightmares tonight. Last night I had one that three men hopped in a cherry picker in the dead of night and stole my baby from his cot. I woke up so scared and had to check on him.
