Christmas party with my hubby's family and our friends tomorrow, back to work next week, but no school till Jan 5th, we get our puppy next Thursday on Christmas eve, we are very exited. I still miss my lily and could never replace her, but our family's really did a nice thing by getting us a Carolina dog pup to help heal our hearts.

 

Im adopting a bearded dragon this wknd! Im so happy! I love reptiles.

Im about to head out to toys-r-us to get my daughter a real cool veterinarian play station for christmas.

On a sidenote I feel so gawd awful because I have a strange crush on this guy who works at a place I volunteer at. He's a science teacher who foster homes exotic animals. How adorable is that?! Geesh. I feel like an asshole though. Will lightning bolts strike me dead?

I crush on other men all the time although I'd never dream of doing anything. I think it's normal my husband finds it amusing. He doesn't crush on other women as such, but it's no secret he can appreciate a good looking girl on the street.

Not in recent years have I crushed on someone in real life. There is a talk radio personality host that I absolutely freakin adore!! There is no chance in hell we'd ever meet, but I love listening to him. Hubby actually gets offended that people would have crushes, even celebrity crushes... I think that's just weird. When we first started dating I'd say something about an actor and he'd actually get offended. It's gotten better since he has realized I say it about both male and female celebrities.

I'm not doing anything exciting today. It will be good. Hubby flies in tomorrow so our family will be reunited for the rest of the holidays... minus my four day drive alone across the country.
