ugh I've been cramping so bad all day and I have to meet with this photographer in 45 minutes and attempt to appear classy and sophisticated while in pain and on drugs. fuuck this I swear I am going for a massage after. fuck me.

 

2 Litre bottles. But that's the largest you can get over here. Non of this by the gallon shiz. It boggles my mind too. Maybe it's to make sure everyone gets at least a bit coke this Christmas? I fear that coke is running out. Oh lawd.

 

Lol maybe so. I had this vision of you buying 20 oz bottles, like 2 six packs, and at the register they take 2 from one of your six packs. "and a pack of straight razors and victory cigarettes, move along now"

 

Was it like some special deal on the bottles? And the deal only applied for ten bottles?

Gallons?! The strangest size I've ever gotten was at a southern restaurant, and when you ordered a meal to go they gave you a bucket of cola.
It was probably gallon sized and very impractical, nearly dumped in the car then the lid popped off.

 

LMAO. No there were no deals. I buy 6 bottles a week so I've never gone over the "limit" It's fucked up. I'm buying supplies to last two fucking weeks! I don't need babysitters. "Oooh miss, we see you've bought 12 bottles. 'elf and safety says that this is not a safe amount to consume. Ten is your limit, we'll just take those back."

I feel like I've just been made to put two packs of paracetamol back. They're not clever for Pepsi stepped up to the joint. Ah Pepsi, my under appreciated ally.

That's hilarious you can only buy 10 bottles... people here would riot in the streets if that ever happened! At my old job people would buy like 20 bottles every day.

FYI - Anyone wanting a drive from Ontario to Alberta or anywhere along the route, give me a shout. I don't want to do it alone. Hubs has to take the kids on the plane, so I will be doing it solo if I can't get a copilot. I posted in the rideshare section of the forum, but haven't been brave enough to post it on a more public site. Anyone use a ride share site that they've had success with?

The other day I washed my hair with organic kids shampoo and I feel like it did a bit of undreading. Nothing terrible, but they are not as nappy as they were looking.

 

They sometimes sell shit as a loss leader, hence they don't want you filling your van up with it. It's a bit fucking redundant seeing as how you can just come back 5 minutes later and do it again.

I do seem to remember that you used to get bigger than 2 liter bottles but I can't remember if they were 3 or 4 liters, either way I haven't seen them for ages. They allways had a bit more of a flange round the top to make them slightly easyer to pour, and I remember them hurting my fingers as a kid.

 

Went to Sainsburys last night doing a bit of shopping (as you do) I was getting some Xmas cards and then over the tannoy it said all xmas stuff 1/2 price on Isle 22, 30 seconds later they were a shit load of people around, fookin eeediots !!!!

 

rawwwwwwrrrrrrrrrrrrr, i had a lazy/easy day at work, finishing with triple pay day, xmas bonus and i get a payrise next monnnntttthhhhh =DDDD

and i only work 1 hour tomorrow, 3 on monday and then 1 more on tuesday, then 2 weeks off, YAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY

 

I'm waiting for my new car to be deliverd today and they are LATE

Anyway today I'm not happy. Tried to get hold of a nice free range bird. Last year we had a boneless one that was gorgeous. This year I can only get Bernard Bloody Matthews indoor reared shit. I'm hoping my culinary skills will not fail this battery Turkey.
