todaaaaaaaaaayy i saw a fox on the way to woik. i woiked, came home and then i went the job centre only to be told that in the long run, its not worth me having a job. so its either quit job and get dole, or quit dole, keep job and be more employable. in a liddle while i shall go up the allotment and do some more woik on it, and then i might do a bit of fimo stuff

Eh???? They tell me I have to get anything even when I protest minimum wage jobs will not keep the bailiffs away.

I haven't been doing anything today not long since got up. Past few days I've been feeling really iffy about my relocation down south. I really don't want to go but equally I can't stay where I am. I didn't apply for that pallative care job because they wanted the postholder to have an indepth knowledge of the area.. My husband keeps saying that we're gonna have such a good life down there but something deep inside me says otherwise.
Anyway it's making me depressed and I need a routine but I can't fall into one.I'm sick of going to bed at 4am and waking up at 2, 3, or even 4pm.

I'm temporarily agrophobic because there's people that I'm frightened of running into if I go out so I just stay inside I feel like I'm wasting my 20's and this is why Phil says the move will be good but the south... It's like a whole different country and culture to my simple northern life. Plus I love my beloved meat and potato pies/pasties and Devon doesn't make that kind of shit in pasty shops it's all fucking 'Cornish' pasty this and that and they don't sell gravy in chippies. I think I'm too northern for Devon.

I need to find work but no fucker will hire me up here because employers all have my old CV and won't hire me because it says I want to relocate (even though this was changed) and equally no one will hire me down there because I can't attend the interviews.

Wow...Sorry for that rant I got very carried away.

Edit: Out of context this all sounds pretty irrelevant, let it be known that totnes is a rather arty farty town in devon. See the song totnes bickering for reference.

Went to a chippy in totnes and after the lad had finished talking to his mate about horse racing I got him to do me a large chips, which was 2 quid, where upon he presented me with a tray of chips. I told him to fucking keep them. They really do things at their own pace down south, it gets right on my tits tbh, it's only relaxing when you have fuck all to do otherwise trying to get any shopping done or drive anywhere locally is just infuriating.

Similarly i asked the pakwack at the Burger King in town today for an XL BDC, just the sandwich, he said something like 4.50, i though he was trying to sell me the meal but he reckoned that was the price of it. 5 quid for a fucking burger! I can go to the gourmet burger kitchen and sit down with a proper fucking burger for that money.

Totnes is where we might eventually end up n all. I don't want to have a bunch of fakes for friends.. I'm one of those hard faced people, I'm pretty embarrassing but I'm funny and my friends up here love me for it. I don't want friends that think I'm "just a dumb northerner" and get all embarrassed by my antics then phase me out. I'm terrified. I have tried talking to him about it. But he kinda gives me the impression that he thinks I'm just nervous even though it's not and all he can say is "but we'll have a better life." I actually just tried to talk to him about it and he said the same thing. He's said we can put it off for a while but there he goes again, not getting it. This is all he's ever wanted: To go home. I feel like a ****. But equally, it's like he refuses to acknowledge that I don't want to leave

I wouldnt really know what to say marrage councler wise, but I will say that anyone who is not an art student or a middle aged divorcee trying to land an art student would be very unhappy living somewhere like totnes. I would literally have killed someone after a week. On the up side there were at one point about 25 unsecured wifi networks in the city center, so you wouldn't have to pay for internets.

Also when I was got off the train some really nice girl with messy curly hair gave me a big session of smiling through the window and now I kinda wish I'd jumped back on the train because shit like that only happens to me once in a blue moon.

Maybe it's just nerves.. I dunno. I suppose if I hated it I could move back... Although husbands just said "not being funny but I didn't put myself ten grand in debt so we could stay in Wigan." Whatever. So I have no choice or say in where I live. Pfft. Nevermind eh.

Edit - S'all been sorted and marital beef has been erased.

Anyway on the upside. I joined a local photography society forum about a month ago the people are nice but I don't really know if I like it. I just wanted a bit of feedback on my photos I think are my best but get ignored on dA but it's not the feedback I would've liked. I can take critique but it's more critiquing on my camera style and not the actual photo. I think I'd rather learn by my own mistakes and develop my own head for photography as opposed to a societies head for photography.

i feel you about the burgerking sandwiches. fast food is becoming less and less convenient these days, especially wendy's and bK, the price for sandwiches is outragious. a place called cheeburger cheeburger just opened near my house which is amazing! its a chain, but its a sitdown restaurant, burgers are huge, you just order what size burger you want, they go all the way up to a 21 oz lb (lb is 16 oz but meat is measured precooked so when you cook it it is a lb, at least thats my theory) you can pick all the sauces and toppings you want out of like 40 choices and they dont charge extra, you just get charged for the size. the prices are really fair, usually cheaper then a fast food burger and much tastier. fries and onion rings are amazing and they have 378,000 different milk shake combinations you can order (seriously, that is the ACTUALLY number of different shakes you can order)

but yea, im starting to feel like even tgi fridays or applebees is a better deal for a burger then fast food. its about the same price for a burger, but it tastes better!!!!

and my guitar is an OLP john petrucci signature module. which is identical to the music man version except for inlays/piezo bridge/pickups. which like i said is why i bought it. while i got it gutted the pickups are getting replaced with a d-sonic and an air norton like the music man, or i might go with a slightly more bluesy setup, not sure yet. i'll post pics when i get it refinished

BK is ridicuously expensive, but I had one once last year, and it was gorgeous.... But meh, I still prefer the maccy Ds veggie deli as a last resort lunch ^^

I hope this works out for you hdh :) The south isn't too bad!! Devon is better than London to live in lol

Went to a Susperia gig today, it was awesome! Got their setlist signed by the whole band + a signed drumstick that I'm selling tomorrow for 1000 NOK :D (approx. $170, which is a very good price for a drumstick :)) Plus washed my dreads for the first time tonight after coming home from the show. I feel so fresh, and they smell of citrus and didn't totally unravel :D Good vibes!

I've been holding my hands over my ears all day cuz I don't want to listen to my mother bitch about yet another thing I'm doing wrong. (She made me stop cutting the potatoes cuz I wasn't doing it right... How the hell did I ever live to be 30?)

I'm afraid that I will not be able to make our temporary living situation even last a week. If I do not post for awhile, I have likely sunken into a hole because it's much more pleasant than dealing with her nonsense.

I am so pissed I am in the middle of sewing a dress and a quilt and my sewing machine has decided to fuck up and I am two seconds away from busting the piece of crap. It is completely useless now and I am so tempted to just buy a new one. Today sucks.
