just got back from waterford, found out im moving to my new apartment on the 22nd and now im catching up on my interneting

 

i might just have to post pics cuz today my friends birthday is today and shes a juggelette so she convinced me (dunno how) to paint my face like those mother fucking juggalos so im gonna look mentally retarded and everyone i know in gonna use this against me for the rest of my life lol

 

I am still recovering from rockin' out at a concert and dancing for days on end at a festival. Oh how I love my bed and hot running water after spending 12 days camping in a field.
Today I gotta find some motivation to finish up my business plan.

 

I think the past two days have been in the top 50 worst in my life. That sucks.

I wish it were that simple. Got told I had to get rid of my dog or else they are calling the "appropriate law enforcement agency" on me. And because we live on rented property, apparently the cops can come in without a warrant... I have contacted a lawyer and we're discussing what the legalities actually are surrounding this.

Also, found out to break our mortgage, instead of costing around $2500 as discussed last year, it's now a $5000 fee.

Lastly, our dickhead realtor messed up really bad. Canceled our open house this weekend after I advertised with my own money.... Then, tried calling us to do a last minute one cuz we were upset. When we didn't answer his calls (cuz we're firing the dumbass) he left a message saying we had an offer. So of course we called back.... well, he only had a verbal offer... not a written one.. which means he doesn't have one. Oi Oi oi

Just got back from a jog with my shepherd who coincidently makes a cracking jogging pal and a bodyguard in one. He put these 15 year old kids well and truly in their place after they were calling me "rasta punani".
