Quick jumpsquat / explosive pushup workout followed by some cardio in the pool then all you can eat sushi with my Dad and cousin. School later on, probably have a test but I'm not sure because I skipped class last Thursday. I should be able to wing it though.

Today I was told by the jobcentre that because my school year has ended, our Jobseekers allowance (Welfare check to our American/ Canadian friends)could be going up by £200 a month in the next few weeks and the bank has wiped our existing loan for a cheaper loan with cheaper repayments and lower interest. I've been very lucky these past few weeks on teh financial front!!

Sending luck your way. Don't be too glum about it. 2.5 weeks on the market is nothing. Most people I know had their house on the market a year before they got any viewing.. Bake cookies before they arrive! Realtors always bang on about the smell of baking creates a more appealing house ;)

Ya, it seems like not very long... but to make a long story short, we tried to sell it last year and had at least 10 if not 15 people through in the first week and the pace pretty much stayed at least at five a week. For a brand new listing to only have two people through... that is pathetic. Plus, we have put tons of effort into it in the past three months that it just feels like a freakin knife in our hearts.

Another part to the story... we have had the fucking house sold if my "ex" friend had gone through our realtor instead of trying to sideline us. Sent us an offer without even telling us they were going to do it and made us look like huge asses in front of our realtor. In fact, that doesn't even come close to explaining exactly what happened, but it's much too long. But let's say this... One phone call from a friend could have ended up in our house being sold last year for a price we would have all been thrilled with. I think the house is cursed.

Smelly, I will look tonight and see if I can get it glowy. My boys think I have the coolest hair now cuz I have a lilybug in my hair (that's what they call it. lol)

    ______

I get most of my online clothes on ebay. I typically will search "patchwork hippie" and search in the clothing section. But I don't think that's quite your thing.

I sent hubby off to vollunteer for Shambhala for a week, rode my bike to town and did some shopping, picked up a few days work at my fave little funky store, watched the rain, shined my boots, ate nachos & guac, debated on what colours to paint my kitchen and now I'm drinking a cuppa holy basil tea.
