i think i'm ready to open up the chimay cinq cent i have

 

yeah, i almost got a bottle of cinq cents yesterday, but it would cost me about 11 bucks for a 22oz bottle with tax, whereas i could get one 22oz la fin du monde for about 6.50, or a four pack of 12oz bottles of la fin du monde for about 10 bucks. obviously the four pack is the best deal of these options....and i wanted to be able to share a bottle with a friend as well.

tonight...i dunno what it will be.

 

IM drinkin 211 tonite, but I have a bottle of youngs double chocolate in the fridge...

 

Steel Reserve.... a favorite amongst alcoholics and broke college kids.

 

absinthe...haha nah, try a tequila sunrise...that must have been a flashback to that hash smoke filled basement pub/club in Berlin where the fine ass bartender lit an absinthe soaked sugar cube on fire and drizzled the sugar into my glass of green fairy......good times

anyway, last night was siberian night russian imperial stout by thirsty dog brewing company....it was pretty good, i thought, but i've still yet to find an imperial stout i dont like.

i have two 12 oz bottles left from the sixpack so i'll probably have those tonight. i might possibly pick up a bottle of orval or something else on my way home, though, depending on what time i leave work (i forget)

seeing as i'm herbless, two bottles of beer might not be enough for this evening unless i get off late...

oh my that sounds so yummy! I am going to have to try that sometime!

 

Louis Jadot red burgundy table wine. It's yummy.

 

upon request to open a beer tonight, i have decided to go with my St. Bernardus Tripel poured into a snifter since i do not have a goblet glass (yet)
