the last of the eggnog for this season with nutmeg....alcohol free
It is a little thick....I may pour the rest out.....On the container it says drink after opened within 7 days....they should have said less....

so i will switch to water in a few minutes.......and call it day.

 

drank some absinthe, rye whiskey. had some etizolam, about to have some xanax

Also Perrier (fizzy mineral water).

Very stressful week ... and I have anxiety, AFAIK, agoraphobia sometimes, which is anxiety caused by situations you feel you have no control over or are powerless to to change or do anything about, basically the feeling thtat your fate or future lies in someone elses hands, rather than you (which is often the case, and it causes me anxiety because I don't feel I have any power to change it). I would rather be in control of my own future, than someone else. It makes it so much worse when people tell me contradictory things and say such things like, we'll contact you when this is processed, but we have no clue when that might be! I wanna know things, not left in the dark wondering about it, waiting for who knows how long!
