I just got home, and I am eating a sandwich that I bought ...and this isn't meant to tease Moonglow, honestly

I am sure she wouldn't even like this sandwich!

I will probably spend the rest of the day cleaning. It needs to be done.

LOL, and that is exactly what I am doing.

Do you know that when John Wayne died, after autopsy, they said he had 40 pounds of sludge in him?

    Just something to think about.....lol

    Done with salt water....for today.

Damn , what I want more than anything right now is a tall icy , frosty glass of orange juice . I have to wait until next Monday, as orange juice is what one is supposed to break this fast with all day.

Ugh that sounds disgusting...about John Wayne.

I like fasting, I fast for days every now and then. I think it's good for a person...very beneficial; not just for health, but that overall feeling...and strengthening that willpower, which is IMO very important.
But when I do fast, I don't really follow rules, or a certain guide.

I don't think I could do that salt water xD

senna works, as a natural laxative tea. Ands I have to drink that at night, too....so I am constantly going....lol
not much coming out of me anymore, though.....pretty clear....

When I first did this fast, I was amazed with what was still coming out on the last days.

i know this is a disgusting conversation, but it is the human body and its health talk...so that is how I look at it.

Good for you with fasting. Do you do just water fasting?

When my overweight pug, Puki, died in 2008 at only 6 years old, from heat exhaustion. She was panting for days inside this house, as we just moved in and did not have any air conditioning yet. I did not know how crucial it was for her.......or I would have rushed her to the vet's..now, i know all about these things and pugs....does not help her any, though....:(......but she died....and i grabbed her in my arms crying my eyes out, and the stuff that poured out of her on to me was unbelievable......

i miss her. She used to sing with me. She was probably my most beloved pug dog. Genetically, she had a small heart....only 4 paw fingers....but she had the biggest heart of any pug I ever knew.:(

I often do bread and water (very little, minimal bread...like one big slice a day), for religious reasons.

Other times it's water, tea (mint, lime flower, dandelion, wormwood...those are my faves), yoghurt with fruit (aronia berries), or soup.

Well apparently they have reaaallyyy high antioxidant capacity, and are very healthy.
They are not too sweet, which is cool cause I prefer my fruit not too sweet xD
My parents grow them...they are actually very easy to grow and don't require too much care.
I always freeze some, and then make aronia smoothies throughout the year.
