God, I HATE these metabolic shakes I have to drink....I was drinking one per day....2 big scoops in 12 oz of water...and was told to up that to doing it twice a day......Well, sorry...just doing one today....as I am drinking the first one now....and it is hard to get down and makes me want to go to sleep.....They said....that is because it is like a major meal and my body is working to digest it....I said the amino acids don't do that, and they told me that is because that goes right into the blood stream....

This new flavor one Chai tea or something is making me gag and dry heave...but I have to keep forcing it down.....I guess they are what is working..I could lay down for an hour after drinking one of these, fall asleep and then wake up feeling great and full of energy...so I know this awful feeling does not last too long with these, and worth the effort to drink them...but damn they are hard to drink...and I am trying to drink one now and suffering at it...lol

Stan had a good idea and told told me to take one before I go out in the sun for an hour to relax.....and then the other before I want to go to sleep in the morning...lol...I did not want to stop today doing what I was doing...so I did not have one earlier.....I was not in the mood to go sit in the sun or an hour,. I was too busy around here. I have to build my life around these things now? lol

Well, that is good....I am bringing back the chai flavored metabolic powder to my next visit at the doctor.....and they are sending me the vanilla one free of charge.....WOW!......I opened the chai last night, but they will take it back anyway...as they all drink these powders they who work there........and i just cannot stomach the chai one. I have enough of the chocolate one left to make due before the vanilla one gets here....the chocolate one was hard enough only once per day...i hope the vanilla one will be ok.


It will have to be.....before I annoy these people to hell...LOL

and I was just going to eat the mistake...to order another flavor...but they were really good about what they offered.....so no complaints about them today......as that was very nice...although, they certainly are getting paid well because of me....too. lol
