trying to figure out what to do. oh wait, that's nearly every time I come on here. wait, what??? lol yeah.
well, I just got finished writing
before that I was trying to work out, but my anxiety got in the way
before that I was watching Xena Warrior Princess (note to self, good for workout motivation. hehe)
and then some other boring stuff like cooking and eating.

think I'll have some green tea now. Mmm

I have gastroparesis...lazy stomach....that does not empty, so I am never hungry.....and if I do eat more than a few bites, I am vomiting.......gastroparesis main causes are diabetes and cancer and damage to the vegas nerve.....

Diabetes has been ruled out for the third time recently. I have gone everywhere to every kind of doctor...ruled out lung cancer...ruled out GYN cancer of any kind...ruled them all out.....

I had 3 endoscopies.....first two were aborted due to food in my stomach eaten many days before the procedure......Third time.,....I was on a liquid diet for a few days...and he still saw food in my stomach , so he moved it over...and saw a non bleeding ulcer,...sample was taken to see if it is caused by a bacteria...as many ulcers are...and i will find out out on Monday.........and says I have gastroparesis, for sure.....and I said...so what is causing mine? he said sometimes it is idiopathic....no known causes.......It has been very difficult here....I don';t have any more weight to lose.

I know that stress and being upset allof the time at least exacerbated my condition.

I had to go to the ER one day for dehydration.....

So after final results on Monday...my next course of action is back to my Chinese doctor and acupuncture.....he cured me of crippling lyme disease once upon a time when Western medicine failed me.

I just needed my diagnosis and all final results for him first.

Yeah, thanks at Mel and D.. I spelled vegus nerve wrong.....before.

Lyme's disease could have been the onset of this, as well.......laying there dormant still or something.....but my Chinese doctor....cured me and with his help could walk again...and all it took was acupuncture and Chinese herbs, so if anyone can help, he can....but I need to know exactly what he will be trying to help....so well on my way knowing everything about it now that I need to or possibly can.

Had time for more research today, and just found out, in 1/3 of cases...that are idiopathic....it could be auto immune related, and since I seem prone to auto immune things...I bet that is it. Now what, though.....acupuncture might redirect all of that inner energy, I am hoping......as I need to really eat once in awhile.

I blame it all on my lack of a good PC connected to the internet. But I could figure out how to resize and upload one on my phone ;)

But yes, my day feels properly ruined.. :p What's the point in surfing by so often when I still miss the rare pic of my best forum friends!? Too quick Meli!

I had to get in before the edit button disappeared!

Also you dont have to resize photos anymore, you can just upload straight from your phone. hF is high tech now

^ hipforums has been down a lot lately. it's been kind of frustrating; i really don't have a lot of internet free time these days and it seems like half the time i do have, i try to come here and it just sits there loading until i give up and go do something else.

tonight i almost gave up after it sat there loading for 15 minutes. then it worked fine for a while, and then froze up again for another 10 minutes or so. it seems to be good now, but who knows when it will die yet again.

as someone else with autoimmune issues (celiac, rheumatoid arthritis for certain. doctors can't decide if i have fibromyalgia or not, and there's muttering of my other symptoms lining up to be the first stages of MS) - you have my empathy. it sucks hardcore when your own body can't decide whether it wants to continue living, stage a coup, or go out like a banana republic full of 'freedom fighters' high on coke and with too much ammo.

I hope you find cause/treatment soon and can bring your quality of life back up to somewhere north of 'miserable' and hopefully into 'comfortable' territory.

Just got through with getting computer help on computing.net. The guys there are pretty good at giving advice and hunting down problems with your computer, if you feel you have any.

Some of the fellows there are in Australia, one guy, anyway, who just helped me quite a bit. I think being upside down and all makes the blood rush to one's head, and causes one to be smarter than the average bear.

By the way, I just found out who the very first cowboy was. He lived in China, back a ways.

    His name was Yee Ha.
