Some people are really schedule based. I eat when I'm hungry, sleep when I'm tired, drink when I'm thirsty...omg I'm a hedonist

 

Woke up. Actually had trouble sleeping due to the warmer weather at night time.
So humid.

today I'm going to the gym where undoubtedly there will be an impeachment debate on the television. What's to debate? But alas... this is not the politics forum.

So.. I have been putting on weight. I chart the bastard (my weight) so I can see that since November I've been edging ever so close to 200 lbs (90.71 kilograms). I've been perfectly comfortable with this, but my appearance suffers. Less jawline visible and more cheek than I'd like to see. Not to mention my stomach bulging about over my pants. Yesterday I didn't really overeat. But I didn't stick to my diet (a rarity) either. Today, I will try for day two of not really overeating. That should lead to 195 lbs. Eventually I'm hoping to be 180, but that is a heck of a long way off.

 

In which case, I won't make you jealous or drool by telling you what I'm about to eat for my lunch !!!

 

a lot of gyms won't allow their TVs to be set to political channels. not a bad policy, i'd say.

 

Stripping off, I got soaked in the wind and rain! Yuk

 

I like to watch the news while I'm there and don't mind the politics personally so long as they aren't terribly slanted. It's hard to see what CNN (the oldest 24 hour news channel) will do though when there isn't a Donald Trump in the White House. He won't be President forever. I'm curious because I didn't always watch them and don't know if they are partisan, left-leaning, or non-partisan reporting because in this climate (politically) literally every network seems to have something negative to say about the administration; and I would argue rightfully so.

It's hard to tell who's who!

 

Just warmed up, and posting for now.

 

Got steamed out of bed early.
Then went back to sleep only to have gizmo wake me up by playing with my nose with his paws!
