I will be watching the final day footy on Sky tomorrow watching Manchester City and Liverpool battle it out for who are league Champions. I am rooting for Manchester City, though I am an Everton Fan. Right now it is a lovely Sunny day here in Rhos On Sea and 11c degrees, so off out shopping a little later. Walking along our lovely promenade to get there. Picture taken right now from inside our patio door. Have a nice day people.
same. although i don't think that thread is actually about what's happening. it's just one of the several chat threads floating around here, all of which i avoid. i'm not on here constantly enough to keep up with them, and i don't have the inclination to read 5 pages of random unconnected posts about nothing every time i do sign on. i think i'm going to get drunk later today, but i don't know the exact details yet. i'll send you an invite when the plans are solidified.
Aaaahhh bless you underwear. I can see that you are an amazing contributor here in the forum, and I am very honoured to have you post in this thread I started. I appreciate you are likely not to want to be arsed posting on yet another chat thread. But! Please do here. Cheers. I look forward to the invite and will fly to wherever you are! In the meantime while I wait, right now I am going to settle down and watch some telly after a rather busy day. 19.30pm here in u.k. by the way. I
Back pain can be really awful Irminsul, and I wish you luck with sorting that out. Right now I am having a beer in the peace and quiet of my room while tapping away at this here 12.9 inch iPad. Must say goodnight now though as it is 2.20am here in the UK. Take care. Kenny
I have Ankylosing Spondelitus, nothing I can do will help it, it's a arthritic inflammation disease. My doctor will prescribe me with a slightly higher dosage of anti inflmmatory and write me referral and blood/scans for my rheumatologist.
Yeah. I know I guess I have to really start taking care of it, like really, really. Not just so and so. But yes I agree strenghtening my core will support it a little more so I will be getting into that, plus now the warmer months are coming, it will help me look good too lool.
I agree with what Mustard Tiger (nice name) is saying to you. Reading what you have to say there Irminsul, I do hope that you are getting all the support and help with it. I don't profess to know much about that condition, but it is obviously not very nice for you. Right now Wifey and I are preparing to go on a long walk of around 8/10 miles up and over The Great Orme here in Llandudno. We are taking a packed lunch out with us, so that should be nice. Have a good day yourselves. Catch you later. The Great Orme: a new chapter to our coastal story
Right now i just took this picture. We are about to go on a walk up there on The Little Orme. Bye for now.
I watched The Dirt last night and they mentioned this disease there too! Mötley Crues guitarist Mick Mars has it as well (still alive and performed with it in a metal band for decades!). What gets me now is the coincidence: you never hear the name of this ailment and now twice edit: i would also recommend this movie to you Irms, as it has lots of naked womenz
