What Are You Doing Right Now Or Tomorrow?

I see him all the time. He is aware, I mentioned it to him regarding shovelling into the road before, when he lost it. I don’t call the city on people in general, for things like that. They have bigger fish to fry. I would be pleased if some sued him tbh. He is an asshole and inconsiderate to his neighbours. The neighbours behind, on both sides and me, across from him he has had problems with. Your tree leaves have fallen off and are covering my lawn he says. It is not his trees doing it, no! I Called the city when the grate was off and people could get hurt, fall in if not fixed. I don’t complain about leaves, snow etc. There were high winds and his fence blew down. He tried to get and force neighbours to pay half the cost of his fence, which was not on the property line. Lol

 

Oh and that went to court, he lost his fight.

 

Well I hope he has deep pockets, because its going to cost him an arm and a leg !!!

 

doubt it. He is retired, ona fixed income but there has always been thing about him where he worries or blames his problems (obsessive compulsive clean freak) which extends beyond his property. For example, you plant flowers, those flowers spread through reseeding, winds, birds: squirrels etc... to his property. He will tell you to dig them up.

He had his driveway re-paved and asked if he could park in my driveway until his had dried. Said sure no problem. He backed in and smashed into the garage. The garage door needed to be replaced anyways, so I didn’t make a stink, and wouldn’t have anyways. I would fix it, replace it when I had the money set aside. for it, He called the city regarding the damaged garage door and the paint chipped off from him driving into it. The city came out to inspect it and said, you have 30 days to replace it or face fines, it is bringing down the value of property in the neighbourhood and looks bad. I asked if it was the neighbour across the street and told him what happened, he laughed and said yes, even though he wasn’t suppose to tell me.

yes, i am aware of what post vlad was quoting. between that post and vlad's, there was a post about runny shit. in my mind, before i read the quoted post, i associated the TMI comment with the runny shit. i know that i was terribly terribly wrong.
