Yawning. Chatting then going to bed.

 

Trying to go back to sleep. I've had REM sleep behavior disorder for a while, but in the last year or so it's been getting worse - 2 episodes this month. I didn't wake my wife this time (I try to falling asleep last, and facing away).

 

You might have to see the doc to get some sleeping tablets.

 

Watching tv.

 

I do take ambien about once every 2 to 4 months, but not for this sleep disorder. If it gets worse, I'm just going to sleep in a spare bed. I just had my second cup of coffee and all is good.
