I'm reading it quick, but so far my brain isn't exactly a sponge. That's ok though. Maybe I should make flash cards or something...
Did you ever watch the show Brain Games? There were a lot of interesting Social Psychology type experiments and ideas in it.
No, I haven't ever watched them, but that's awesome because we have extra credit opportunities that hinge on experimental social psychology! Thank you!
I have a pile of books waiting for repairs, I think I was reading one of those may have been The Surgeon's Log by James Johnston Abraham, quite good its the second time I have read it, interesting. I love books that keep you coming back.
Nothing, but I just ordered a book. It's an accounting textbook. I don't want to read it as much as I probably need to read it. I think I'll do well though. I studied for the CPA while I was cheating in college. You can't cheat on the CPA exam (Certified Public Accountant). Anyway I had this whole thing; CPA Excel... It's a program to help people pass and study etc. There's a lot of continuing education for that profession I must say. Oversight and regulation for accounting is always changing; or at least it was when I was on about it. There was something about Sarbanes Oxley, but I would have to Google it right now to tell you what that means... I don't remember. But I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles are still somewhere in my memory. It might make it easier to learn. What I don't know and can't remember is how to close the books at the end of an accounting period. So... Yeah. Accounting book.
I decided to read the book, instead of watching the movie. Plus I can seem to relate with it, since I am grieving over my brother right now. Like reading things that I can relate too.
