I'm making sugar cookies. trying to cool down the drinking and drugging so I've been sipping fresca with knudsen cranberry pomegranate juice. 3 days clean... haven't had a cig all day but that certainly won't last.

 

i did a detox last week to clear my system of toxins. i ate only fruit smoothies and fresh nuts for two days. a few glasses of coconut water and a bunch of vitamins. i was shitting mississippi mud every hour, but in the end i feel fresh and rejuvinated. plus i pissed clean.

today i had a 24oz steak and a whole loaf of french bread. a fruit smoothie. two yogurts. 5 eggs. 1 banana. 2 protein shakes. and a spinach salad.

im getting hungry, gonna go make some chicken. mmmmm.

took my lady out for a special night of fine dining. Got the leftovers today.

 

Fine dining? Looks like Ritz Crackers with some out of date Primula cheese. Going to make roast potatoes in Italian sauce. Yum.

 

The cheese could have possibly been out of date. It was squeeze cheese, from the dolla store. But those ritz were frrrresh! In Oklahoma it's considered a rare delicacy.

 

You know, I always find it funny how in one country something is rare but in another it's in abundance. I hope that you didn't spend too much on your fine dining night of Ritz. Here, a box is like £1.49 I'll send you some, save you spending a fortune at a fine Ritz cracker restaurant. :rofl:

I just woke up. I'm probably eating very little today because I have two family dinners tomorrow. ugh. thank god my mom moved away or i'd have 3.

 

Is it Thanksgiving tomorrow or today? Twitter says it's today. Either way hope all you yanks have a good thanksgiving and all that.

Friday = black Friday, biggest shopping day of the year. aka don't shop day. I'll be working.

 

I didn't know that. I knew about black Friday though but only because the BBC and ITV have to cover it and tell us exactly how much you all spent and how you all went crazy for a tellytubby. I bet America doesn''t even cover boxing day which is our version of your black Friday always the day after Christmas day. Ugh. No thanks.

 

I know about Boxing day, dunno if we cover it cause I don't have TV and I certainly am not watching it day after xmas even if I did but yeah, sorry on behalf of my foolish and greedy counterparts. god bless the sheeple.
