cooler temperatures outside (it's currently 99f and going to be 107 and 108 the next two days)

 

just the same as always. i don't often crave all that much.
i think a big refrigerator full of all different kinds of good things would be nice,
and a garden instead of a parking lot for my windows to face.
or one with a good view of the railroad so i could watch trains go by.

i'm not even hungry because i just ate but i have been thinking about eating a lettuce wrapped beyond burger (veggie burger) from carl's jr all day

 

i think the ability to teleport would be nice.
though i'd just as soon, were they available, ride narrow gauge railways
or odder small form factor means of public transportation,
to and from and between minimally "developed" places.

a world in which recording and broadcasting had not been invented.
there are lots of wonderful things we've invented or discovered in this past 150 years or so,
but to imagine the quiet of a world in which these two things had never been invented seriously appeals to me.
