    hmmm superficial: I am afraid of reaching down and touching bottom in a body of water where I can't see the bottom. If I jump in and hit bottom - no problemo - but if I sort swim downwards to touch it with my toes, I get the willies big time.


    hmmm non-superficial: I guess sometimes I am afraid that I'll never have a family - be a father and a husband. Oh well, I guess its pointless to worry about that, but sometimes when I'm lonely, I do worry about it never happening.

    I'm afraid of not having my dreams come true.
    And my school scares the shit out of me.
    I'm afraid of rubber chickens after that nightmare last night.
    And going crazy and not knowing it.
    Sometimes people, too. Depending on the mood swing.
    oh, yeah, and the sun. It burns!!! I only go outside at night, or when I have to.

    I rather enjoy the dark, though. Fun times.

    It's crazy how the weirdest things will scare us, and we have no idea why...like me i'm scared of really large awkward things that are high up in the air. Like for example....looking at (not being on) a huge water slide, or a roller coaster or a giant whale skeleton hanging from the ceiling of a museum *shudders* or this picture. gaaaaah i'd pass out if i was near that....
