What are the chances to contract HIV through protected anal sex and unprotected oral?

My ex bf said the person he's been with told him he was HIV post. even though they didn't have anal sex, he's very worried. We had protected anal (i topped), unprotected oral and we kissed. Just wanted to see whether I was at high risk in this situation. And what are the chances that my ex boyfriend has the HIV from that guy? thank you
