What Are/Have You Been Doing Today.?

Hehe same xD And slugs. Fecking hate slugs.

I bought 2 skirts and a 2 pairs trousers. The trousers will be magnificently be transformed into skirts, and one of the skirts will be transformed into a sluttier version of itself. Yay for sewing machinez!

 

Went christmas shopping, ended up spending £100 to buy £60 worht of presents (as is the case with all shopping) brought myself a lava lamp (for £9.99 yay) and a hot air blower for the van, I just wanted it to keep the wimminz happy and clear the windscreen when it's -5 but Im also looking at maybe mounting it in the back to clear the rear windows (van has no rear window heater) and possibly as some sort of air preheater grid to help it start, although any permament addition to the air intake is going to impead airflow, so it may have to be a "winter only thing." wither way it came with about 5 meters of cable and an inline fuse holder so it's kinda designed to be chopped up and used elsewhere.

After shopping I stopped by my mates house who I havent seen for a while, he gave me his old xbox because it needs fixing (he has a new one) so I gave it to my dad and said if he wants it he can pay the console repair place to have a go at it.

The drove home in thick fog. Why is it you go out any night of the week and half the cars are driving with their fog lights on, but as soon as there is any fucking fog no one bothers, fucking idiots.

 

I swam some laps. Lots of breast stroke because my should is a little fucked up right now. Then I went to work. Right now the people upstairs are listening to some college drum-line kinda bullshit and it is annoying as fuck.

I find that highbeams reflect off the fog higher and brighter than the regular headlights... making it harder to see. The only time I use highbeams is on roads without lighting and only when there is no oncoming traffic.

 

Well today I dot off work at 6am came home, got online, then I took a nap, woke up, and then went to my friends house had some drinks and smoked about a half ounce with my old lady and now we just got home and I'm fucked up!!!!

 

LMAO! I just realized that I said dot instead of got!!!

 

Foglights are separate to highbeams, they are a much tighter cone thats more about being seen than lighting anything up, maybe other places with less fog don't have them.

6 pork pies


(Ok, I'm already stocked up on fruit, veg, and actual healthy things, but this shop worked out to be fantastic, even if it is supposed to last all week)

Tried to make a skirt from a pair of trousers, but it didn't turn out great. Spent 3 hours in town and spent money, sadface. Now I want a nap. Going out with peoples later. Not sure what to do now apart from possibly nap ><

 

Have an interview a week Tuesday. Well, I think I do. I got an email on Thursday and only read it last night.

People here are such ass holes. I didn't know about the bus strike that was going on, and was waiting at a bus stop for forty-five minutes before I left. Dozens of people passed me, and not one said "you know there's a bus strike, right?" It's not like I might have not been waiting for a bus, I was sitting in the shelter trying not to freeze to death!

I can't wait until I move out of this piece of shit province. Seriously.

 

Ah so... I think that most people around here don't have them and drive like idiots in general. I'm glad we just have normal fog, which is not that hard to deal with. In the central valley they have Tule fog: a very dense fog where visibility varies quickly. The main interstate route goes straight through the valley and the speed limit is higher, people don't slow down in the fog and then they crash and fucking burn.

 

Do I want to watch the Fifth Element or 12 Monkeys?
Either way there will be no shortage of Bruce Willis tonight.
