I used to love those.
They don't make them sugar free for diabetics though.

 

I'm a diabetic (T2) and I still have a Mars Bar or similar once a week ,I find that if I exercise afterwards and take my medication on time it doesn't affect my BGL much , however your body is obviously different to mine and I am not disagreeing with your comment at all,I'm lucky enough to be able to treat myself but not everybody is able to do that.

I am also type 2 but just kind of gave all that up in favor of sugar free treats.
I eat SF cookies and candy--chocolate too-- and even enjoy a no sugar added blueberry pie from time to time!

Actually yes, I mean it wasn’t just Mars Bars and Snicker Bars and the like, it has been honey as well.
Tried Treacle and I ended up looking like Al flipping Johnson!
Tried Syrup but was a bit too thick in consistency so didn’t really work.
It was no wonder we had to put older sheets on the bed as there was a right old mess sometimes.
