Only when it slipped sideways and the ditch was in the path making the front end drop down and the rear tire was well off the ground. Was very soupy too and the ol clay ground just kindly makes slicks out of the tire tread.

Im glad you got it freed up, nice to have a good session of rockin and bouncing in a truck but for different reasons.

i was worried about goin sideways down,, till we just sunk... :p

i love that truck for cruisin down the road,, she has 400,000 miles on her an will still pull a full load down the interstate at 85,, an do most hills round here at 65..

but man she shoulda been a 4x4.. cheap ass bosses...

you atleast got a good diesel PU, then Chevs stink, the Ford is not bad but the new 6.0 is a stinker that they are putting in all the new Fords.

the late 90's ford powerstrokes haul balls,, they just handle like shit..

most of our drivin is mountain roads,, i prefer handlin over speed..

so the new fords are dogs??

The new Fords according to alot of those RV hualers and hot shots are in the shop alot compared to the ol power strokes.

The Duramax (Chev) I test drove one and the only thing it can pass is maybe a turtle, slow and laggy. I would never own one.

The truck I drive has a 600HP Cummins with a 9 speed (thats is odd to me) and since it is a 379 it sets pretty low to the ground.

if i ever could afford one of my own,, id tweak the lil dodge cummings to like 225 horse,, an beef up the gears an drivetrain on a 1 ton 4 by..

that would be a sweet farm truck...
